In order to make your purchase experience the best it can be, here are some guidelines pertaining to purchases and shipping.
Payment
Each painting that is available for purchase is marked as Available and has a Add to Cart button. If there is a red dot, it means that the painting has already sold. Online payments are accepted through Paypal, which also accepts major credit cards. Paintings are usually shipped within two (2) business days.
Artwork will be shipped to the continental U.S. by FEDEX Ground in a customized Fine Art Box. Shipping will include insurance and tracking. For all other destinations, you can contact me on my Contact page for shipping rates.
For international destinations, shipping rates are determined by the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination postal code. The buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping, duties, taxes and brokerage fees determined by the destination country.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with a painting, notification must be made to me within three (3) days and the painting returned to me within seven (7) days from the date it was received. It must be in the original packing and shipped to me at the buyer's expense, with tracking and insurance included. I will issue a full refund of the purchase price, as long as it is received back in the original condition.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase a product from me, whether a painting, a workshop or any other product, I might require more details than just your name and email. These details I will keep safe on my own secured computer for a reasonable amount of time. I only use your details to deliver the product or service you requested and for no other purposes.
In order to process payments online my external payment provider, such as Paypal, requires your billing address and credit card details. The transaction takes place outside of this website, on Paypal’s secure server. I do not store credit card details on my server. Paypal’s privacy policy.
